Only sixteen months after the birth of their first kid, US Weekly revealed that Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds were expecting another child. While shooting her most recent movie, The Shallows, Lively was spotted trying to conceal the growing baby bump she was carrying.

A source said on behalf of Lively and Reynolds that they were “extremely delighted” with the news, although the pair did not make the announcement publicly. In September 2016, the couple welcomed their second child into the world at a hospital in the borough of Manhattan. According to a later piece published in UsWeekly, they decided to give their second daughter the name Inez Reynolds.

Despite the couple’s desire to conceal the gender of their second child, Reynolds seemed to be fatigued. Having two small children may make it tough to leave the house, so he said in his interview with Conan that the interview was a way for him to get away from the home.

Later on, while making a joke about how “a lot of estrogens” were in the house, he accidentally disclosed that he was the father of two girls. He expressed regret for the error and provided a glass of milk and a few cookies purchased from a bakery in the area. On Instagram, Lively posted a picture of the sweet treat she had. We will presume that, following that, she has completely forgotten about that mistake!
