Bri Winkler decided to leave television because she wanted to pursue her studies. She announced on her Instagram account that she was going to pursue a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science last July 2017. She previously studied Marine and Atmospheric Science with a minor in Mathematics and Communications at the University of Miami. Looking back at her career, she started her debut in broadcasting right after graduation. She was first employed at an NBC affiliate television station, KAMR-TV. The station was located in Amarillo, Texas. She served as a meteorologist in their morning show and she also co-hosts one of the network’s famous shows. Aside from tracking storms, she also reviews consumer products in a show called Does It Work. She is more popularly known in ABC7 Eyewitness News. In 2012, she was unexpectedly diagnosed with a stroke that manifested as a severe headache. Her MRI scans show that she healed completely within a few days. Good thing the stroke did not leave any permanent damage to the brain.

Ximena Cordoba

Ximena Cordoba is no longer appearing in the news to report the weather. She is now more known as a Colombian model, TV host, and actress. Back when she was still reporting the weather from 2013 to 2015, she would captivate the viewers’ attention by dancing before presenting the weather news. She brightens up the viewers’ day with her dancing. Her hourglass body is the result of her passion to continuously stay fit as seen on her Instagram accounts. Ximena launched her career when she joined the reality program on RCN, Protagonistas de Novela; she ended up winning that reality program. She has also appeared in various telenovelas such as Francisco el Matemático, Prohibir matar la Violencia, En tierras salvajes… She has also graced the big screen, Tómalo Suave as Victoria. Aside from that, she was also a successful host. Hosting programs such as TNT Movie Club on TNT, Fox Deportes, Jorge Ramos En Vivo on Fox Sports, Tu Desayuno Alegre, and Despierta America on Univision. Her weather anchor stint was in Despierta America.
