The brain has many functions as we all know, and citrus fruits aid the brain in keeping these functions running at full speed. Oranges strengthen the brain’s ability to remember things, to reason and to behave rationally. So while we’ve all been told about an apple a day, perhaps we should try an orange a day to fight brain-related diseases.
