Jeremy Jackson, an actor and singer, first encountered David Hasselhoff on the set of Baywatch, when he was playing Hobie Buchanon, Hasselhoff’s son and Summer Quinn’s love interest. Jackson was playing Hasselhoff’s son at the time. He appeared on the show from its second season to its ninth season.
Jeremy Jackson was first introduced to music by David Hasselhoff while the two were working on a film together. Hasselhoff would later bring Jackson along on his tour of Europe in 1993. At the middle of the 1990s, Jackson released two albums and six singles after signing a recording contract with Edel Records. Jackson acknowledged that the reasons he quit Baywatch were related to his substance addiction problems.

Jeremy Jackson was a frequent guest on a variety of reality series and daytime talk shows throughout the entire decade of the 2000s. The majority of these shows focused on the actor’s personal life, particularly his struggles with substance misuse.
Jackson participated as a cast member on the fifth season of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew in 2011, during which time he made a very public comeback from his addiction to substances. In addition, he spoke with the hosts of the E! television show Child Star Confidential. Because of a violent incident that occurred in 2015, Jackson was unfortunately given a sentence of 270 days in jail in 2017. This sentence was handed down in 2017.
