Hollywood has been doing multiple movies about a bad vacation. Nevertheless, Deliverance managed to offer a new thing to the subgenre. There’s no doubt that anyone can forget the “squeal like a pig” scene, but it may take you by surprise to find out that it wasn’t in the original screenplay! It was reported that Ned Beatty (victim) and Bill McKinney (tormentor) ad-libbed that scene.
