Back in 2007, Kobe Bryant was still with the Los Angeles Lakers. He had been one of the top-paid NBA players in those days. He had no problems spending a lot of money since he could afford just about anything! When this happened, he and his wife Vanessa were in Las Vegas to attend the opening of a boutique nightclub called BLUSH. A professional poker player called Antonio Esfandiari asked for2 bottles of Cristal that each cost $1.4k. The baller asked for 5 of those, while Esfandiari ordered 10. Kobe one-upped him by requesting 15! In the end, his bill went up to $21k even if he did not drink it at all. After he left the NBA, he went on to win an Academy Award for his short, Dear Basketball.
