Do not worry – Greg Thill did not simply let Luke go wild during the construction phase! He stuck around to watch over the young man, but he wanted this to be an opportunity for Luke to learn important lessons. It worked and Luke learned how to deal with adults, make significant financial decisions, stick to the budget, frame a structure, and wire a home.
