Josie Totah
Josie Totah is only 20 years old, yet she has done a lot in her life. Also known as J.J. Prior to her transition, she began her acting career in 2012 on the Disney Channel sitcom Jessie and was later featured in a supporting part on ABC’s Back in the Game. Josie’s breakout performance on the comedy Champions starring Mindy Kaling in 2018 was a game shift, and she came out as a transgender woman. She also did not come out quietly; she wrote an article in which she revealed that she was a transsexual woman named Josie and authorized Time magazine to publish it. This bold 20-year-old is a terrific example of Hollywood’s newer generation of trans individuals.

Ser Anzoategui
Ser was born in California, despite the fact that his parents are from Paraguay and Argentina. They migrated to Los Angeles and became involved in local theater companies since they were interested in acting from an early age. Ser was inspired to showcase their unique talent and wrote, produced, and starred in an autobiographical play called Catholic School Daze. Though they used to identify as Karen, they selected the name Ser after coming out as non-binary. Though parts were difficult to come by at first, they were cast in the role of Eddy on the Starz drama Vida and have since been nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the 2019 Imagen Awards.
