Hatsune Miku
One of South Korea’s most popular cosplayers and pop stars is Kang Yun Jin, better known as Aza Miyuko @aza_miyuko. She started cosplaying as part of Spiral Cats in 2011 but left in 2013 and now leads a cosplay team called Acrown. In her costumes, she incorporates what she learned as a fashion design student, using her expertise and creativity to design and make her cosplays. Aza is known for portraying anime characters like Makoto Tachibana, Mikazuki Munechika, Saeko Busujima, and male and female Sailor Mercury. Fans love her because she happily interacts with them during video game shows like Tokyo Game Show.
