At such a young age, she was more than capable of buying this 4-bedroom Auckland property for $2.84 million. It spans 182 square foot, which is definitely more space than most of us have. We are glad to hear she is doing well for herself.

We have yet another athlete who likes cool mansions as well as the act of flipping them over. Carson Palmer of the Arizona Cardinals paid $4.4 million for this 8,000 square foot mansion in 2010. However, he was able to increase its value to a staggering $24.9 million! Whoa. He renovated it by turning it into a three-story mansion complete with 6 bedrooms, a wet bar, and an infinity pool.
