Shepard Smith made a name for himself by working as a Fox News anchor. There is also his own show called Shepard Smith Reporting. It doesn’t look like he is anywhere near retirement. He purchased a condo in Greenwich Village for $1.875 million in 2004, although he has put it up for sale at $4 million. When no one bit, he reduced the price to $3.95 million, but that did not work either. In February 2012, he took it off the market.

We daresay that Lester Holt made the right move when he bought this gorgeous Manhattan apartment in 2007. The NBC journalist and news anchor managed to sell it for almost double the price at $6.4 million! The marble flooring in the bathrooms are lovely, and the balcony offers a great view of Madison Square Park.
