The most recent purchase he made is called the “Edward DeRose Windmill Cottage” in the East Hamptons. He bought it for $11.9 million. The 7-bedroom 4-bathroom mansion rests on four acres of land. It also comes with a windmill, a tennis court, a huge pool, an office, and a library! Aside from the main house, there is also a 2-bedroom guest house.

The National Football League decided to keep Mike Ditka around even when he was no longer active on the field. He was a coach for a little while as well. His long career resulted in his purchase of this $3 million home in Florida. He started his career in the ‘60s and had a great run with the Philadelphia Eagles, Chicago Bears, and Dallas Cowboys. He is currently recovering from a recent heart attack.
