His Hamptons home cost him $32 million and bears similarities to the presidential villa! Ok Magazine called it the ‘party house’. The 12-acre home certainly cost an arm and leg, but it looks like the actor thought it was worth it for the amenities and features that came with it.

Someone has overthrown Will Smith in Bel-Air! The new royalty in town happens to be none other than Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. The two of them paid $11 million for their house in the exclusive neighborhood, though renovations ended up ramping its value up to $17 million. How impressive is that?
