Panda Express
Panda Express is the largest Asian restaurant chain in the USA. The joint was established back in 1983, and today they have 2,000 stores across the country. Panda Express claims they serve gourmet Chinese food, but customers complain that the food lacks flavor and of the overpriced items.
Between chef David Chang and BuzzFeed, Panda Express is often at the center of controversy. BuzzFeed asked Chinese people to try the chain’s food, and their responses were hilarious. One taste tester said, “Do I gnaw on my own thumb, or do I get orange chicken?” That tells us all we need to know!

Church’s Chicken
This chicken, fries and biscuits provider was first opened back in the 1950s and it’s called Chruch’s Chicken. The restaurant fails to see many returning costumers, mainly due to the terrible food, the worst of the worst being the hand-breaded fish, honey-butter biscuits and popcorn shrimp.
Although no one says the chicken is greasy or dry, they do complain of the disappointing flavor. Consumers also get frustrated with the hardness of the biscuits, but the chain hopes to turn things around in 2019 with improved service and food.
