Marla Sucharetza has had a successful career in the entertainment industry, notably in the field of acting, throughout her life. Steven Griffith as Tex
Even though he isn’t the most essential character in the film, Steven Griffith’s Tex does get considerable screen time while Forrest is talking about some of his fellow soldiers from his time in Vietnam. This happens when Forrest is remembering his experience in Vietnam. The fact that one of the armies is named Dallas and comes from Phoenix, while the other is named Cleveland and comes from Detroit, presents an amusing contrast between the two locales and names.

On the other hand, Forrest is unable to recall Tex’s beginnings or the place from where he originated. Forrest wound up becoming Tex’s savior in the struggle that followed, which was a fortunate turn of events.
