He made sure to ask of the persons that were going to operate the hospital. “We are in a huge debt of gratitude to the doctors, the nurses, the technicians, the staff currently working in the health service and those coming out of retirement and the voluntary workers who will be working in it,” Charles said. He also used the time to extend his gratitude to everyone who will be interested in it.
