Christopher felt a shiver run down his spine as water dripped onto his face, blurring his vision. He sucked in a sharp breath, bringing his fist up to knock on the door even though he knew he wouldn’t get an answer. Christopher opened the door and got the surprise of a lifetime.

It felt as if he had walked into a completely different world. Regardless of the weather outside, the room was absolutely freezing. He touched the walls, noting how they felt colder and rougher than those outside. He felt his claustrophobia kicking in, telling him to leave right that second and go outside.
