Peggy Stewart was a well-known B-movie star from the West, with t he role of tough women who could protect themselves and did not need to be rescued. Her career collapsed in her ’60s and she thought she was semi-retired because in those years, she never performed a scene. But she became interested in her career again in the year 2000 and appeared in some of the few scenes in the The Office series in 2009 and 2010. By signing a contract with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Arlene Dahl kicked off her career. In 1948, she performed in The Bride Goes Wild. She became a director for a line of beauty products during the ’70s where she earned $ 750,000 annually. However, in 1981, she almost declared bankruptcy. She wrote numerous books about beauty and astrology after the incident.
