Carly Simon released her first album in 1971, where we got to hear hits like That’s the Way I’ve Always Heard It Should Be, and released her second album a few months later. But it was her hit song You’re So Vain, released in 1972 that really put her on the musical map. She wrote and published a memoir in 2015, and continues to perform, even recently performing with Taylor Swift on her Red Tour.

The Brooklyn born is also a screenplayer, producer, singer, cinematographer, editor, and a businesswoman. In 81 years of living, Connie doesn’t stand still and continues to flourish and create, as well as giving back to the community and do charity work around the world.
