Narluga
Narlugas are unique among hybrids in that they are born with both narwhal and beluga whales. Climate change may be to blame for the two species’ decision to mate because they shared the same geographical area. Narlugas had large heads and the coloration of a narwhal, but they lacked horns. Their body resembled that of a beluga whale.

Mule Bird
Although the hybrid had a flattering silhouette, the mule bird was a crossbreed between a canary and a goldfinch. Since it was once bred as a house pet, it was also known as British finches. In the United Kingdom, many people tried to hunt or capture them. In 1981, the government agreed to intervene, declaring it illegal to pursue or destroy this type of creature.
