The couple bought the property back in 2007 for $2.45 million. When they first listed the property they asked for $3.45 million, but after no movement, they lowered the price.
The 5,100-square-foot home is just 30 minutes south of Nashville. The brick estate is surrounded by rolling fields and mature trees, set back from the road down a long driveway. The country home is made up of 4 massive bedrooms including a luxurious master bath, an impressive home gym and a guest cottage for the estate’s caretaker.
