Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s Franklin, Tennessee country estate has finally sold after sitting on the market for 2 years. The 36-acre rural retreat sold for a whopping $2.7 million. The couple bought the property back in 2007 for $2.45 million. When they first listed the property they asked for $3.45 million, but after no movement, they lowered the price.
The 5,100-square-foot home is just 30 minutes south of Nashville. The brick estate is surrounded by rolling fields and mature trees, set back from the road down a long driveway. The country home is made up of 4 massive bedrooms including a luxurious master bath, an impressive home gym and a guest cottage for the estate’s caretaker. Oh, and how could we forget the state-of-the-art master bedroom closet fit for an award-winning actress and country singer.
But, Nicole and Keith aren’t parting with their beloved Tennessee just yet. They recently bought a 12,000-square-foot mansion in Nashville, and are currently using it as their main home. The star-studded couple also have luxe properties in NYC, Beverly Hills and Australia.
