Stretch

It is so important to stretch regularly on a long flight! Sitting for such a long period of time will damage the spine. And, you want to make sure you move as much as you can. Stretching is also great for blood flow, which tends to get constricted, especially to your limbs, while flying. Get up from your seat every hour or so and do some basic stretches. Don’t mind the curious onlookers, they’ll most likely join you.
