Steven admitted to his parents that he wouldn’t leave Elly behind. He regarded her as his only buddy because they had been friends for months. Steven was instructed to pack up and depart by his parents. Although they didn’t know what else to do, they didn’t want him to be homeless once more. Steven didn’t either.
