Nadya’s octuplets, now ten years old, are all doing well and eating a vegan diet that they seem to enjoy. Their mother, Nadya (now Natalie), has stated that her children are aware of her journey because she is forthright about it and believes that straightforward parenting is beneficial to her children. When she looks back, Nadya believes that everything has worked out well, including her strange relationship with the media. Furthermore, she believes that their current lifestyle contributes to a healthy household, and her Instagram followers are aware of this.

Nadya’s life is back on track now that she is in her 40s and has given up her questionable jobs. When asked what motivated her to make a change, she explained that her “guardian angel,” whom she met in February 2013, gave her the strength to stop living a “seedy” life and move on. She said that one day while she was working in the movie industry, a very tall guy talked to him, and she added, “He walked straight to me and looked straight into my eyes. He took my hand and grabbed my arm and said in a very gentle, but firm way: ‘You don’t have to do this.’ He repeated it several times.” Nadya had quite a trying moment, and she couldn’t stop her tears from flowing, but this was the start of a new life for her.
