A Sticky Situation
Kelly Clarkson was in a sticky situation when the divorce was finalized. Reba McEntire was one of her great friends. However, Narvel Blackstock was the father of her husband. There were reports which mentioned that Kelly Clarkson did her best to try to get the couple to remain with each other. It was also possible that Kelly Clarkson worked hard to help to maintain their marriage for a longer duration. However, there were rumors that Reba McEntire and Narvel Blackstock lived separately years before the divorce was finalized. Thankfully, despite the separation, the two managed to remain supportive of one another.

When Reba McEntire’s divorce with Narvel Blackstock had been finalized, he was still his manager for another year. The two had been performing together as a team since 1988, but in 2016, Reba determined that it would be best for her to start over by herself. It was why she decided to launch a company of her own and named it Reba’s Business Inc. The mission of her company was to manage the young artists on their way to stardom.
