One instance of that is this man who purchased a house. The initial homeowner passed away, and the broker sold the home as-is.

The new homeowner is excited about his house, actively explored the home, and went further to the basement to see what he bought. He went to the bottom of the stairs and saw a mysterious sheet of plywood joined to the wall. As they uncover it, there was a hidden room packed with all sorts of ammo and guns. To top it off, the man further found an enormous safe and a case of money loaded with nothing but pennies.
