Old Comic
During a renovation in a Minnesota house, a copy of Action Comics No. 1 was found in a wall. The 1938 Superman comic book sold for $175,000 at an auction. The comic was found among newspapers and was used as insulation in the walls of the house. The comic was graded as a 1.5 out of 10 since it had a detached back cover. A near-mint copy of the same comic graded at 9.0 sold for $2.16 million in 2011.

Magician’s Box
While moving into a new house, a mover saw a six-foot-long wooden box with three smaller boxes that go inside. The boxes each had holes on opposite sides and metal rails that snapped together like a railroad track. The mover had no idea what it all do until he found the owner of the house was a magician.
