He completed his high school education in the Windy City, before moving to Wisconsin to further his studies. Believe it or not but he didn’t study acting, he actually did his majors in Philosophy and English.

As strange as it may seem, before becoming an actor, Ford was actually a carpenter. Well, it was more or less just a job that he did in between taking on some small roles before he made it big. That all came to an end when he landed an impressive role as Han Solo. Today, Ford is probably the most famous celebrity to ever come out of Illinois, however, his current contenders are Walt Disney and Betty White.

She grew up in Los Angeles, where she attended private schools until she enrolled at Northwestern University and earned her Bachelors’s degree in Communications.
