Even though his owner promised him that they were going to the park, it was nothing but a lie. No, this dog was headed to the vet for a certain procedure. He could not break the metal bars of the cage no matter how hard he tried. It sucks, but we hope that he takes comfort in knowing that he is not alone.

It looks like this dog could not help but wonder if she was being punished. She just wanted to know if this has something to do with ruining the shoes of her owner.
