Tipsy Before Taping
During an interview in 2012 Sajak was asked if he ever filmed the show while drunk. He admitted that he and Vanna would have two-three or even six drinks before filming the last shows! They were so drunk they would have a hard time recognizing the alphabet. He said he had a great time and nobody ever made a comment about it.

One Wheel
There is only one wheel used in the show so whenever the crew goes on the road they have to dismantle it and bring it with them. Meaning that they travel with more than 1 million pounds of equipment across the country.
