Before Vanna White rose to fame, she posed for risqué photos to pay her rent. After White landed her hosting job on the game show, the photos were purchased by Playboy. The magazine used one of the photos on the cover of the 1987 May issue. White still feels embarrassed about this. “I said, ‘I made a mistake, I’m sorry and I just hope I don’t lose my job over it,’” she explained to Fox News back in 2017. “Fortunately, I didn’t. I could have, you know? It was a great lesson to learn, but what can I say? I did something I shouldn’t have done.”
