Did you know that Ken Shamrock is the first fighter to win the UFC Superfight Championship after his time in TNA and WWF? He decided to leave pro wrestling to take martial arts more seriously. He has enjoyed plenty of success there. His two sons appeared in the MMA too, but they were less successful.

Owen Hart
Many Hart family members were involved in pro wrestling, so it made sense for Owen Hart to enter the same industry. He has many titles to his name! Sadly, this only made his death that much more tragic. In 1999, he fell from the top rope when a harness went loose. He died after the freak accident.
