According to the prosecution, Casey Anthony must have used chloroform to make Caylee lose consciousness. She must have then placed duct tape over the nose and mouth to suffocate the poor girl. Unconscious and tied up, Caylee was put into the trunk of the car. She allegedly partially decomposed there before she was hidden in the woods behind the home of Cindy and George.
