Gary Sinise – Now
Since his role as Lieutenant Dan, Gary Sinise has appeared in a wide range of movies and television shows, some of the most notable of which being Apollo 13 and CSI: New York. Most notably, he launched the Gary Sinise Foundation in 2011. This organization helps gather cash for injured veterans and even assists in the provision of smart residences that are specifically fitted to the demand of the veterans.

His band, The Lt. Dan Band, has performed for veterans on hundreds of stages, including military bases and battle zones. The foundation raised $35 million for US veterans in 2018.

Williamson had a successful career as a television actor prior to acting in the film Forrest Gump. He had roles in a number of shows, including Midnight Caller and The New WKRP Cincinnati, among others.
