Is it ok to pet the puppies? No, you shouldn’t pet them since they are likely to have radioactive materials in their fur and the risk of catching rabies is always present. However, there are a few nonprofit veterinary clinics in the neighborhood that are attempting to administer immunizations to the puppies. Is it worthwhile to take the risk? We’ll leave it up to you to decide.
