A Daughter Named Amerah
Following the birth of her first child, Elijah, Nadya had another child, this time a daughter named Amerah, who was born exactly one year after her first. Despite this, she decided to prolong the pregnancy and give birth to more children. She eventually gave birth not only to her identical twins, but also to two additional children of her own, bringing her total number of children born to four.

Nadya wanted to make sure that none of the embryos were destroyed, so she requested that Dr. Kamrava implant six eggs into her uterus and then fertilize those eggs so that she may have more children. Due to the fact that she had experienced something similar in the past, Dr. Kamrava was at first hesitant to grant her request. Before they arrived, she had everything prepared and was waiting for them to arrive.

During the operation, the physician shockingly inserted twelve eggs inside the patient. This news spread like wildfire over the world. Two of whatever it is is considered to be the standard amount.
