“Sharing as my daughter wore mine just this past sat! My prom 1996, hers 2017” It appears that the dress was altered slightly between mother and daughter, with the side lengthening slightly over time – but that’s just another way to make the dress belong to both mother and daughter equally. It’s great that they were able to keep the dress, but it’s even better that they were able to personalize it!

“My little sister decided to wear my mom’s prom dress for her prom this year and it’s making me so emotional.” This dress looks as if it came straight from a Disney movie! The black and green color scheme conjures up images of forests and knights, and we’re glad to see the gloves weren’t overlooked in this case! It was a risky move, but we believe it paid off.
