The Limit
Nadya was desperate to start a family, so she insisted on it. She and her husband, she believed, should try other methods since the traditional method had failed. On the other hand, Marcos was completely opposed to the idea, and the couple’s differences began to grow. Finally, Marcos threatened to leave Nadya if she suggested in vitro fertilization (IVF), which involves implanting a fertilized egg into a woman.
A Difficult Choice
Nadya had to choose between keeping Marcos and realizing her lifelong dream of having children. She could have stayed married and given up her biggest dream, but she chose to take a chance and pursue what she’d always wanted instead. As a result, Nadya divorced in 2000, even though it was a difficult time for her. Nadya then decided to undergo IVF treatment in order to start her own family, though things did not go as planned.
