Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield
Oh, what a twisted web we’ve spun. Will this relationship last, or will it be remembered as a failed romance? This iconic on-screen loving duo met as costars in The Amazing Spider-Man in 2011. Spidey and Gwen Stacy’s romance was soon taken off-screen. Fans of the movies and comic books lauded their burgeoning romance as one of the best celebrity romances ever. The duo was frequently spotted photobombing one other or playing with their new dog. In addition, the pair was busy planning a wedding in Rome, which was originally scheduled for summer 2015. But, just like Spidey’s difficult life on-screen, there are always unanticipated twists and turns that the poor guy must navigate. According to reports, the couple divorced around the winter or spring of 2015.
Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman
Another example of art imitating actuality. They initially met in 2000, while both were rehearsing for a production called The Berlin Circle. The two fell in love quickly and married in 2003. Will & Grace, in which Mullally starred, has had Offerman as a guest star. Mullally later appeared on Parks and Recreation as a less-than-friendly ex-couple who can’t control their lust when they’re near each other. Of course, they are incredibly friendly in real life and are regarded as one of Hollywood’s happiest couples.
