So many stories belong as a part of rock n’ roll lore, dating back from the 1950s. Pattie Boyd is a stunning model and photographer who rose to prominence as one of the world’s top models in the 1960s. Boyd, who was born in England, became friends with some of the world’s most famous rock performers. She was these men’s inspiration. We can thank her for some of our greatest songs. According to Harper’s Bazaar, she “stood at the nexus of fashion, rock ‘n’ roll, art, and stardom” and influenced the British female fashion of the period.
