David’s very own daughter explained, “Everybody here is a complete nutjob.” She said there had been a constant dispute between the neighbors and her dad. His daughter had pleaded with him to devise a plan that would put an end to this unnecessary drama. However, instead of simply being appreciative of David taking initiative to ensure no accidents would be happening, his spiteful neighbors wanted to take full advantage of the situation.

On the other hand, the unappreciative neighbors are accusing David of being the reason that the road needs to be tarred. How is this fair? The entire complex and all of the families that live in it, use the road so why does David need to be the one who is footing the bill? Instead of giving him a piece of his mind, David devised an even better plan. He had a compromise, after all, he was a level-headed kind of guy.
