They welcomed the twins on February 10, 2017. Kevin and Nicole were officially the parents of a girl and a boy called Luciana and Dominic. The pregnancy went by without a problem and both children arrived healthy. The couple was thrilled to hold their children in their arms. Of course, none of these would have been possible without the help of Lianna. “It’s probably the most amazing thing because you think it’s the end of the road, now here we are with two beautiful children,” Kevin said.

It is easy to see why they made Shawn and Lianna the godparents of the twins. After all, they were there from the very beginning of their journey to parenthood. When talking about Lianna, Nicole had this to say: “I don’t have a sister, but I’d consider her like that. We don’t hold back, we are open, honest, and I am constantly turning to her for guidance.” In the end, it all worked out for everyone involved. Nicole kept taking her TTP medication, but she still became the mother of two kids.
