When she talked to Marie Claire, the singer shared that her mom just told her that they were just visiting Disney World during the big move. At the time, her parents found it hard to make a living and raise a family. She is a supporter of the Grammy’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program since she knew what it was like on a personal level. She did not have it easy growing up.
